It’s no secret that our colleagues often charge hundreds of euros per hour, which is a lot of money. Indeed, we could work for less, but then we would be just a mediocre office with mediocre services.

"we sell knowledge and not capacity" There is a significant difference, people like to buy capacity cheaply because other people's time is never precious, but knowledge is a real value for everyone, the fruit of continuous training and experience. So, when we listen, it costs us the same as when we speak.

"success is relative" In each case, it is up to the Client and the lawyer, the expert, to determine what they consider success in a given case. Success is not necessarily only an exemption, a tax investigation without a finding, or a fully judged claim. Even a slight condemnation or a well-composed agreement can be counted as a success.

"truth is relative" Choose a good one for us. Finding out the objective truth would be the task of all authorities and courts in the continental legal system, but it must be realized that realistically there is a very small chance of this.

"discretion" This is perhaps the most important. Our customers enjoy complete discretion, we do not display partnerships or references in any form. We are proud to represent serious companies and take on big cases, but this relationship is not about advertising.

"will not be a problem" Real red flag, run away. Obviously, every customer wants to hear this one sentence, but that's not the reality. The number of procedures – especially those that take place before an authority or a court – that can be said with 100% certainty in advance that no obstacles will come in the way is negligible. In these cases, the lawyer's invested work and its quality can have an impact on the outcome of the given procedure, but the decision is not made by him or her, so the statement "there will be no problem" is sheer treasury optimism.

"cheap is always very expensive in the end" It seems unnecessary to explain this law, but unfortunately this market is more sensitive to price than quality. The reason is simple, as our profession is no different, it only becomes clear that the service was inadequate when there is already a problem. It is very difficult and therefore very expensive to close a case that has been spoiled many times with an acceptable final result, even if we know the age-old saying "there is no lost cause, just a little money..." In addition, the lawyer, like the doctor, is a relationship of trust, and although people like to believe in the recommendation of the environment, let's choose a specialist for the task and not the other way around.
